MERIC One-Day Conference Announcement - Free & Open to All Disciplines
The MERIC One-Day Scholars Conference is coming to Millsaps College in Jackson, MS, on September 12, and registration is now open!
This free, one-day conference welcomes scholars at every level—from high school students to faculty—and across the sciences, including the social, physical, and life sciences, engineering, mathematics, psychology, and interdisciplinary research.
What makes MERIC different?
- FREE to attend and present (lunch included)
- Open to all scientific disciplines from any size institution
- Open to high school students, undergraduates, graduate students, and faculty
- Future Scholars presentations for students who want to share research they plan to conduct this academic year
- No judging or competition—just an opportunity to share ideas and gain valuable presentation experience
Registration and abstract submissions are open now and close on August 28.
